Rock Steady Boxing- Parkinson’s specific exercise class utilizing boxing movement and conditioning.
Dance- provides cardiovascular benefits, purposeful movement, and fun in a group setting.
Yoga- helps improve flexibility, range of motion, and stress reduction.
Tai Chi- Integrates balance, coordination, and focused mental attention.
Online classes- For convenience, comfort, and safety.
Private/Mobile Training- 1 on 1 training for individual needs.
Our Organization
Exercise for Life Foundation is an official 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing exercise opportunities for people with Parkinson’s disease. Our foundation’s purpose is to raise funds to obtain instructors, assistant coaches, and provide scholarships for people in need of financial assistance.
